When we were there it wasnt crowded, and if you want a nice quiet place its great. The pool is nice but the play areas are a bit old.
Owner was very helpful parking my 5th wheel for me, nice shady sites, pool, laundry facilities, lake, playground. Only complaint is poor signage.
