Wasted so much of my time. They texted to tell me my prescriptions were filled, but when I arrived I find out it was not true every single time. Unlike the now closed Hills, if there is an issue with your prescription, they will NOT call you to talk to you and tell you or help you so you can figure out how to get things flowing again. You just find out once you show up, waiting time, breath, patience, and petrol. They are also not on the best terms with my doctors office which is in town. I took my business else where. Poor customer service and poor office execution.
I simply cannot say enough good about Freds, and everyone that works there. Usually I deal with Tiffany, and she goes above and beyond the call of duty with me. Always delightful too......and just so you know, I am a very difficult case. But not once has she expressed that to me; and always smiles. I appreciate her in all ways. But,there have been times where I had to talk to someone else, and they were just as pleasant. Twice I did not have my copay, and 'someone' loaned me the money to get my prescriptions, one was for my heart and needed badly. And yes, I paid them back when I got my check. Really, this is one reason I stay here in vicksburg, as I know if I went to a larger city would not get such personal and kind service.
