I have asked when a manager would be in and always get the same response “not sure or I don’t know”.

Terrible service! We frequent this store often, because there really isn’t anywhere else to go

We now drive to the next town to go to Subway, and know we are not the only ones avoiding this store. Unfortunate, as this could be a much higher sales volume store if ran correctly.

Good food sometimes service is slow

locally for a quick somewhat heathy meal. In the last three months I have come to the store on 3 occasions to find a note taped to the door saying “closed will reopen soon” and twice it also said “out of bread”. Different times of day, different days of the week...Having managed 4 different Subway Stores for another owner for over 8 years I know that it is against Subway Headquaters Policy to run out of bread...actually to run out of anything. Very poor management in my opinion.

I love subway, but this location has the slowest and worst customer service of any subway I have EVER been to. Sorry, but I should not have to wait 30 just to order because one worker feels it's more important to do paperwork in the back while she watches the line pile up. I've worked in retail for 4+ years and know what outstanding customer service looks like. This place does not have it.

Best Subway I have ever been to, the employees are amazing. Always happy and will make anyone laugh.

It is not often that we have the same sandwhich artist as the employee turnaround seems high unless this specific store employees 20-25 people at a time. Another example of poor management! The sandwhich artist that we have encountered are less than adequate at doing their job. (At least 90% of them). Never change their gloves, often leave one person to handle an entire line of customers while one or more employees are off to the side in the prep area on the phone, horsing around or doing paperwork. Most recently we actually had three young men wait on us and one of them was so focused on putting the other two down and using inappropriate language while trying to “hit on” the customer in front of us that when he was making our sandwhiches he was talking/looking away to others and putting things on our sandwhich that we were not asking for!

I loved this location, the manager 'Robin' was the nicest management I've had here in a long time. Keep up the good service.
